Attorney Maiona is the director of the Family Law Department. He limits his
practice exclusively to representing individuals seeking divorce, modification,
child support, alimony, asset division, paternity,
guardianships/conservatorships, adoption and child custody. He is licensed to
practice before the state court in Massachusetts. Attorney Maiona is a member of
the Massachusetts Bar Association and was a law clerk to a justice of the
Norfolk County Probate and Family Court. Attorney Maiona holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Classics from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and
a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School in Chestnut Hill,
Massachusetts.
